Shikuwasa Miso Glazed Grilled Fish

Shikuwasa Miso Glaze

Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup of White Miso
2 teaspoon Shikuwasa juice
1 teaspoon Mirin or agave syrup
Pinch of salt and pepper

Recipe:

1. Mix all ingredients
2. Drizzle over grill fish.
3. "Delicious!"

 

Okura with Shikuwasa juice

Okura 

Ingredients:

- Okura (5 to 6)
Shikuwasa Juice (1.5 tablespoon)
Olive Oil (2 tablespoon)
Salt (pinch)
Pepper (Pinch)

Recipe:

1. Clean and cut okura. Boil okura for 3 min.

2. Mix all ingredients except okura for dressing.

3. In a small bowl, mix okura and dressing.

4. Add pinch of pepper.
