Okinawa Shikuwasa Juice is back!

Okura with Shikuwasa juice


Ingredients:

1. Okura (5 - 6)

2. Shikuwasa Juice (1.5 tablespoon)

3. Olive Oil (2 tablespoon)

4. Salt (pinch)

5. Pepper (Pinch)

Recipe:

1. Clean and cut okura. Boil okura for 3 min.

2. Mix ingredients 2 through 4 and make dressing.

3. In a small bowl, mix okura and dressing.

4. Add pinch of pepper.
