Shikuwasa Miso Glazed Grilled Fish
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of White Miso
- 2 teaspoon Shikuwasa juice
- 1 teaspoon Mirin or agave syrup
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Recipe:
1. Mix all ingredients
2. Drizzle over grill fish.
3. "Delicious!"
Okura with Shikuwasa juice
Ingredients:
- Okura (5 to 6)
- Shikuwasa Juice (1.5 tablespoon)
- Olive Oil (2 tablespoon)
- Salt (pinch)
- Pepper (Pinch)
Recipe:
1. Clean and cut okura. Boil okura for 3 min.
2. Mix all ingredients except okura for dressing.
3. In a small bowl, mix okura and dressing.
4. Add pinch of pepper.
